The path to personal growth and creating meaningful change can feel both exciting and challenging. As your therapist, I offer a judgment-free, authentic space where you can discover new possibilities and build a more fulfilling life. Whether you're seeking more meaningful relationships, clearer life direction, or a deeper sense of belonging, we'll collaborate to unlock your potential and build on your inherent strengths.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices with somatic and trauma-informed techniques. Drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and emotion-focused therapy, I’ll help you transform limiting patterns and recognize your inherent capabilities while building new skills for lasting change.
I work with children, adults, couples, and families with particular experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a first-generation Asian-American woman, I have a particular understanding of cultural identity complexities, especially for first-generation Americans and immigrants navigating between different cultural worlds.
