In session, we will work collaboratively to help you discover your innate strengths, cultivate resilience, and find greater clarity and ease in all areas of your life. By exploring any recurring emotional blocks, fears, and triggers that often leave us with internal conflict, we can unearth a more authentic version of yourself and an aligned future that honors your values and passions.
As a therapist, my approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, drawing on integrative, somatic-centric, and strength-focused methodologies. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have extensive experience supporting those with performance anxiety, sleep disturbances, trauma, life transitions, technology addiction, or nervous system dysregulation.
My academic background includes a BS in Biology and Physiology from the University of Washington, a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, and an Integrative Health and Medicine Specialization through the University of Minnesota. In addition to my formal training, I have personal experience in ecotherapy, somatic experiencing therapy, hypnosis, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
