MSW, LCSW #110922

I find meaning in working with people, especially those with marginalized identities, to help them find their voice, transform suffering, and resist oppression. My approach is systemic-relational, focusing on understanding people and their struggles within their relational and sociocultural contexts. Together, we will identify the underlying contexts that contribute to and maintain your suffering—whether oppressive systems, unhealthy relational patterns, or deeply held beliefs and emotions—and transform and/or resist them to facilitate healing and liberation. I also integrate body-based approaches, such as Havening Techniques and Emotional Freedom Techniques, with talk therapy to help process trauma and build resilience. Originally from Taiwan, I speak Mandarin and Taiwanese. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Smith College and studied Couple and Family Therapy at the Taiwan Institute of Psychotherapy and the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I am a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner.

Ackerman Institute for the Family接受伴侶與家族治療訓練。
