Helena Fowler

I am a marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor trainee. As a therapist, I aspire to help adolescents, adults of all ages, couples, and families navigate stressful periods and find deeper connection with each other and self. I am particularly passionate about working with teens and adults who experience high levels of stress and chronic stress.
