I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about working with children, adolescents, families, and adults across the lifespan. I draw from Bowenian Family Systems Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in understanding themselves and their relationships. I teach strategies that incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to foster healthier relationships with others and the self.
I value building a therapeutic space that feels safe and affirming, where clients can explore relational patterns, emotional experiences, and personal narratives to foster insight and promote healing and growth. I am especially committed to working with marginalized communities and practicing therapy through a decolonizing lens. I aim to bring a culturally responsive approach to the therapeutic process that recognizes the broader systems impacting an individual's lived experience.
