Each person has their own inner healing intelligence. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate container for you to explore your emotional world, grow in self-compassion, and connect with your unique healing capacity.

Through presence and mindfulness, I carefully attune to your experience in order to provide a deep understanding and compassion for your whole being. Within an anti-oppressive framework, I seek to collaborate with and advocate for you throughout our therapeutic journey. I engage in client-centered, holistic practice. I employ mindfulness, cultural humility, and strengths-based approaches in order to address client needs and goals.

My Masters in Social Work education has provided me with foundations in attachment theory, somatic modalities, trauma and grief work, and spirituality, as well as cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies. I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness/compassion cultivation. As a social work student, I am committed to understanding systemic and environmental influences at play in order to heal the whole person.

Therapy is your time to explore yourself and your place in the world as a deserving, whole, loved being.
